Fibroid with intrauterine gestation sac

There is a large intramural fibroid seen in the body and fundus of the uterus. An early gestation sac also is visible in the uterine cavity. The uterus does not show evidence of congenital anomalies of shape. The gestation sac is clearly separate from the fibroid, which rules out the possibility of a cystic change in the fibroid.
