Aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA)
A vessel is seen passing from the arch of the aorta to the right side behind the trachea to the right arm. The spectral Doppler confirms that this is an artery, supporting the diagnosis of ARSA. This anomaly is considered a normal variant, although in some cases ARSA may produce pressure effects on the esophagus.
