What's your diagnosis based on these images of the fetal eyes?

4. Fetal keratitis
The fetal right eye (arrow) shows edema of the eyelids and thickening with increased echogenicity of the cornea. These ultrasound features suggest corneal inflammation, or keratitis, of the affected eye. Fetal keratitis is usually the result of maternal infections such as syphillis.
