What’s your diagnosis based on these images of the fetal chest?

Fetal aortic aneurysm
There is a spherical dilatation of the terminal part of the arch of the aorta, which is characteristic of aneurysm. The fetal heart does not show evidence of pericardial effusion. Also, the fetal lungs appear normal. Aortic aneurysm is extremely rare in a fetus, but is not unknown.
