What's your diagnosis in this patient with history of previous lower segment cesarean section (LSCS)?
LSCS scar cyst
A small cystic lesion is seen along the LSCS scar. A urine pregnancy test was negative. There is no evidence of vascular ring surrounding the cystic lesion, thus ruling out a scar ectopic gestation. Small asymptomatic cysts such as these are sometimes present in post-LSCS scars and only need to be followed by endovaginal scans for changes in size and appearance.
