Hysteroscopy is the "gold standard" for evaluating the endometrial cavity, but few office-based gynecoloists have been able to afford the space and capital required for the equipment.
At the 2011 meeting of the AAGL, Dr. Paul Indman introduced this new device, meant to make hysterocopy more accessible.
