5. Mucinous cystadenoma of the ovary
There is a huge cystic mass just above the urinary bladder, arising from the right ovary and showing echogenic content with fluid and particulate matter. Multiple septae are also visible in this lesion. This is suggestive of a mucinous cystadenoma of the right ovary. With such large lesions, it often is difficult to determine the lesion's site of origin.
