Surgical Photos Exploratory Laparoscopy

Surgical photos submitted by 28 yr. old post-hysterectomy patient who underwent exploratory laparoscopy to determine the cause of her pelvic pain.
Outcome: surgery revealed multiple adhesions between the bowel, omentum and anterior lateral pelvic walls along with mild Endometriosis.
