IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS:

  • Popup blockers may prevent the presentations from opening a new window and starting. If you do not see a new window appear after clicking view presentations select popups okay in your web browser or hold down the crtl-key while clicking on the view presentation button.
  • If you do not hear any audio check that your speakers are not muted or turned down.
  • If you only get an empty white page when you click on a presentation you may need to download and install the latest flash player. Free download is available at www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.
  • Typically flash will work with firewalls but, if you still can not see the presentations after downaloading and installing the latest flash player contact your local IT group to see if there are any local computer administration policies that are preventing the presentations from playing.
  • The CVs, printable slides and transcripts require Adobe PDF reader. Free download is available at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
