Ultrasound Interactive Case Study: Disappearing twin?

28 year old G4 C Section 3, known bicornuate uterus, 10 weeks 3 days menstrual GA. She has had no bleeding or other problems.

This is a transverse image of the viable pregnancy in the right horn, and some fluid and debris in the left horn.

Could this be a disappearing twin? I did not definitely see an embryo in the left horn, but did see some echos that might have been a degenerating embryo.
