Description of image: Female patient, 30 years
age complaining of irregular uterine bleeding, para 2 by
cesarean sections, pelvic ultrasound examination showing
bicornuate
uterus and right ovarian cyst (mostly simple, functional
cyst). Then US examination of the upper abdomen was
done and revealed absent left kidney (left renal
agenesis) with right sided compensatory hypertrophy as
shown in figures.
