The Nuchal Translucency Quality Review Program was developed to facilitate the effective use of the nuchal translucency (NT) measurement in the U.S. and to provide a mechanism for ongoing quality review. The program is web-based and consists of three critical components: education & training, proficiency testing and quality review.

To become credentialed in the program, all providers must first register online at www.ntqr.org. The credentialing process takes into account the experience of the provider and establishes three different tracks for persons with different levels of experience in NT assessment.
