Bruce Speyer, Founder and Chief Technology Officer   
 
Bruce is co-founder, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of MediSpecialty.com, creators of OBGYN.net. MediSpecialty.com specializes in marketing and communications based applications for healthcare. One of MediSpecialty.com's key focus' is on the development of Internet resources for the practitioners of Obstetrics and Gynecology at OBGYN.net. Mr. Speyer works closely with the Ob/Gyn community to continually define, refine and create these highly focused applications.

Prior to establishing MediSpecialty.com (formerly Elecomm corp.), Mr. Speyer was the Project Manager and Senior Member of the EINet technical staff at the Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation (MCC) . He also worked at Apollo Computers and Digital Equipment as an engineering and manufacturing CAD system developer.

Mr. Speyer has over 30 years of computer engineering experience specializing in Healthcare educational deliver systems and enterprise integration systems. He has 20 years experience using and developing Internet applications and services.

Mr. Speyer was the lead technical developer for the Texas Department of Commerce's TMAC and Texas Economic Development World Wide Web services. These projects are supported with federal funds by the National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST), Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) and the Technology Reinvestment Project (TRP).

Mr. Speyer is the author of a number of technical papers and was the US Chair of the first International Conference on Enterprise Integration Modeling Technology (ICEIMT) .

Mr. Speyer has a Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Computer Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
