Serous cystadenoma of ovary with mural nodule
The ovary shows a huge cyst with a mural nodule. The walls of the cyst are thin and lack significant vascularity. There is an intramural nodule as well that shows absence of vascularity. The contents of the cyst are clear fluid. Together, these findings suggest a diagnosis of serous cystadenoma of ovary with mural nodule (possibly benign).
