What's your diagnosis of this lesion in a woman who is 34 weeks pregnant?
There is a large unilocular cystic lesion to the right of the uterus reaching anterior to the right kidney. This rules out maternal urinary bladder. The cystic lesion shows thin walls, ruling out septate uterus. These findings confirm a cyst on the maternal right ovary, possibly serous cystadenoma. This was a known case of right ovarian cyst.
