What's your diagnosis in this woman who presented with pelvic pain?
1. Endometrial carcinoma
The uterus is grossly enlarged and contains a huge cystic mass, which shows marked necrotic changes with shaggy or irregular margins. There is near-total destruction of the endometrium. A small area of the lower part of the uterus appears to be spared.
