What is your diagnosis of this incidental finding during routine ultrasonography in a 15-week fetus?
2. Fetal megacystis
The fetal bladder is hugely distended, possibly because of an obstruction at its outlet. An enlarged fetal bladder can often mimic an ovarian cyst or other cystic lesions. The fetal kidneys appear normal.
