3. Omphalocele with acrania
There is a small sac in the mid–fetal abdomen with protrusion of the bowel via the defect in the abdominal wall. In addition, the anterior half of the fetal calvarium is absent with bulge of the exposed fetal brain into the amniotic fluid.
