Martha McKittrick, R.D., C.D.E., is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She specializes in weight management, polycystic ovarian syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular health and both general and sports nutrition. A staff dietitian at The New York Presbyterian Hospital for the past 15 years, she also has a private practice where she consults to major corporations, health clubs, websites and physicians.

Ms. McKittrick holds a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts. A recognized expert in the field, she has appeared on numerous television and radio programs, including Channel 4 News, Channel 7 News and Good Day New York. She was the media spokesperson for Ronzoni for the 1998 New York City Marathon. She is also a lecturer and writer, whose work has appeared on the internet and national publications, including Family Circle, Parents Magazine and Woman’s World. In addition, she is a certified fitness instructor and teaches in New York City health clubs.
