Education & Experience
I have a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and have been working
with and on behalf of persons with chronic health issues and/or disabilities for
almost 15 years.

Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
My education, professional work, and personal experiences with chronic health
issues have created a sense of purpose that centers on offering support,
understanding, compassion, and empathy for others. My specific experiences with
PMDD, an often misunderstood and highly stigmatized chronic health condition,
have highlighted the need for support and information among women and the
significant others, friends, and family who care about them.
Having experienced PMDD as a mother, daughter, sister, friend, graduate student,
and employee, I have a unique grasp of the needs women with PMDD face. As a
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, I have chosen to focus my energy and
professional qualifications to offer hope and practical support for women
currently living with PMDD.
