What is your diagnosis in this late 2nd trimester fetus?

The correct answer is CHAOS. CHAOS or congenital high airway obstruction syndrome is characterized by laryngeal stenosis or atresia with resultant accumulation of fluid in the distended lungs causing compression of the fetal heart (tubular shaped), ascites and dilated trachea.
