LR is a 47-year-old G1P1 female who initially presented with mid cycle spotting. Menses were regular at 28-day intervals. Midcycle spotting and postcoital bleeding has been noted for the past three months. Her gynecologic history is uncomplicated.

VOTE: (choose all appropriate options)
1. Office diagnostic hysteroscopy with directed biopsy
2. Diagnostic hysteroscopy and blind endometrial biopsy
3. Saline hysterosonography & endometrial biopsy--operative hysteroscopy only if indicated
4. D & C and hysteroscopy in an outpatient surgical facility
