Dr. Giudice is Professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics and Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Division of Gynecology. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in general Obstetrics and Gynecology and in the subspecialty of Reproductive Endocrinology. Dr. Giudice is the Director of the Center for Research on Women’s Health and Reproductive Medicine at Stanford and is a basic and applied researcher in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Her research has focused primarily on uterine endometrium in implantation, fetal growth and early pregnancy, ovarian follicle development and atresia, and endometriosis. Dr. Giudice has served on NIH Study Sections and on numerous national committees for reproductive health policy at the NIH. Her clinical interests include infertility, in-vitro fertilization, habitual abortion, polycystic ovary syndrome, ovulation induction, endometriosis, ovarian failure, menopause, and breakthrough bleeding.
