A 34 year old G0 with a long history of infertility has been referred to you for evaluation of a persistent, 6 cm, cystic, left adenexal mass with internal papillations. She desperately desires fertility. At laparotomy a left salpingo-oophorectomy is performed and frozen section demonstrates a borderline serous cyst adenocarcinoma. The right ovary is grossly normal. The appropriate surgical management is:

Full staging including TAH, BSO and lymph node dissection
Bilateral Salpingo-oophorectomy and surgical staging
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy
Left Salpingo-oophorectomy and surgical staging
TAH, LSO without staging
