Non-Surgical Therapy for Stress Urinary Incontinence
Surgery promises the highest chance of curing stress urinary incontinence but limits future options. When an anti-incontinence procedure fails, cure rates of subsequent attempts are poor. Conservative estimates predict that non-surgical therapy will cure 10 percent of patients with stress incontinence and substantially improve another 40 percent.
