Placenta percreta by abdominal ultrasound (Figure 2 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Local image of anterior placenta percreta. US Doppler shows the newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder. There is not of hypoechogenic security area.

Placenta percreta by abdominal ultrasound (Figure 3 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Typical image of massive anterior placenta percreta. US Doppler shows the newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder. The uterine segment is shown totally destroyed.

Placenta percreta by transvaginal ultrasound (Figure 4 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Massive anterior placenta percreta. US Doppler shows the multiple layers of newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder. The uterine segment and the vesical muscle is completely replaced by vessels.

Local placenta percreta by abdominal ultrasound (Figure 5 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Local anterior placenta percreta. newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder are show. The uterine segment this extremely thin.

Placenta percreta by Doppler (Figure 6 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Local anterior placenta percreta. Newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder are show in the study.

Placenta percreta by transvaginal Doppler (Figure 7 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Newly formed vessel between uterus and the bladder are typical in this study. In addition can be show multiples lagoons in this area.

Placenta percreta by transvaginal ultrasound (Figure 8 Ultrasound)

Description of the image: Image interpreted as a cervical pregnancy, then confirmed by MRI like placenta percreta
