Can you comment on these new so-called designer estrogens that are all over the news also known as "SERMS"? Is good old-fashioned estrogen the best?

 This is a difficult subject to write to you about, but I must. Since my change of life over the past several years, my desire to be intimate with my husband has just about disappeared. It's ruining our marriage. Can you give me any advice on this subject?

I have begun the change of life. My doctor gave me Estrogen tablets, but I am still having hot flashes months later. I feel as if nothing is working. Any suggestions for me and other women who share similar symptoms?

At 51 years old I am sorry to say I have totally lost interest in being intimate with my husband of 22 years. My marriage is fine, but the drive is gone. Any suggestions? Not the same anymore!!
