Awards and Achievements:
In June, 1972, graduate from University of Miami Medical School with a M.D. degree. Also named the outstanding student in OB/GYN and received the John Milton award on 5/22/72 from the Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic society.

June 1972-June 1973 served as a rotating intern in OB/GYN at Jackson Memorial Hospital Miami, Florida.

July 1973, passed the exam for National Board of Medical Examiners and was declared a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

July 1974-June 1977 was in a residency program at Brooke Army Medical Center San Antonio, TX. 1976-1977-Chief Resident.

July 1977-May 1979-Served time in the military as chief of OB/GYN at Blanchfield Army Medical Center in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky and received the Army Commendation medal. Since that time, I have been in private practice in OB/GYN in Hopkinsville, KY.

September 1980 I became a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN and after having taken the oral and written exam, became a diplomat of the American Board of OB/GYN in February 1980.

Community Health Service:
Founder of the Christian County indigent and teen pregnancy program. Began in 1994 to the present time. Currently now the sole obstetrician in charge of this service, supervising three nurse practitioners. Our peri-natal mortality is one of the lowest in the state. Primary caesarian rate approximately 10%.
