Dr. Andrea Rapkin is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist who has performed numerous clinical research studies on various issues related to chronic pelvic pain. She has authored many book chapters and reviews for the major textbooks regarding pain.
Dr. Rapkin has been engaged in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic pain for the last 18 years and is currently the Director of the UCLA Pelvic Pain Clinic. The Clinic is a multidisciplinary program with input from anesthesiology, urology, gastroenterology, psychology/behavioral medicine, and physical therapy.
