Cisgender (adj): People whose gender identity and/or gender expression aligns with the gender typically associated with their sex assigned at birth.
Cisnormativity (n): The assumption that all individuals are cisgender and the ways the social world is constructed to address the needs of cisgender people and to encourage conformity with such norms.
